Most other stores are selling it for 2500-2600.
Which stores? I'm looking at grabbing a 20D soonish (provided my finances work out okay).
Dirtcheap have body-only for $2579....

Camera Action seem to be $2849 according to that link.
Canon list RRP as $2899 for the kit and $2699 for the body only
CCC is $2649 for body only.
And the dirtcheap list $2579.05 (estimated according to them) for Body Only.
I still want to know where these 2500-2600 Lens Kit 20Ds are.... :)

Weeelll...
I just bought one of the lens kit models for $2490 (no CFC). Couldn't
get just the body ATM. Maybe my prefered customer status got this price
but they were $2698 before my discount...
Sorry cant name the Brisbane (south side) supplier due to my discount
being published but they still have some in stock so anyone who parks in
the carpark, walks up the stairs and has a blue and white customer card
can have one!

Are we missing something here??? You've been going on for the last 2
weeks about how the 20D has bugs in it, and how you are selling your
Canon gear to go back to Nikon. You've been very negative about Canon
and dissuading people from purchasing, pointing out various threads
about mirror lock-up etc. Despite all this, now you say you have bought
a 20D. I would be interested to know why you have changed your mind.

Correct me if I'm wrong Ryadia, but did you also buy a couple of Nikons
the same day?

They are or were at Photo continental, Brisbane. At 11:00 today they still
had a few but going like hot cakes at a bakery.
