Plasma Lip Sync Problem

Hi,
Have a SD Samsung, purchased for under $3900!! Still believe good buying for what I want regardless of SD deficiencies. However, have noticed a Lip Sync problem on certain channells especially 7. Has anyone ever encountered this?, is it fixable? Would suggest people check this prior to buying, we concentrate on contrast, brightness etc . No one ever mentioned this problem?
