z330 sync problems

hey just got one of these yesterday (and i love it) but the only problem i seem to be having is there is a delay between the video and the audio its usually off by about 1/2 a second i thought it was my amplifier causing it but it turned out to be the player itself
anyone got any idea on what might be wrong? or do i just need to update the firmware on it?

Could be a number of things but most likely it is related to the actual file itself, grab yourself a copy of gspot and post the details of the file in question and you should get some feedback that will help you pinpoint the issue. http://www.headbands.com/gspot/gspot221.exe
