Actually, Mike, "CON" is the reserved name for the "console,"
a.k.a. the keyboard. ;-}

These are reserved words for devices such as the COM ports or a printer
port.
If you have these in your file system then you have probably been attacked
by a trojan or virus that is using these folders to store files etc
Check you machine for this.
