Cant see Datetime picker of an asp application after SP2

Cant see Datetime picker of an asp application after SP2

Well I just on security options put the lowest level and Actitave on all the
activex options but it didnt work. When I browse the page it tells me to
install the activex but when it finishes loading It doesnt show me the date
time picker.
