WTB: Converter for PS2 PAD to Xbox

I am looking for a converter that will enable me to use my PS2 pad on the Xbox....Any info on whereabouts I can get this at a reasonable price would be much appreciated...

As I already have 2 PS2 pads, I thought maybe I could find a cheap alternative to buying a 2nd xbox pad.
Also it would be nice to have best of both worlds ?
