This boxset isnt available in Oz is it? If not anyone know where i can find out if it will be available in oz ? oh one more thing if anyone knows is it available in versions that play on all region players?

I think that Madman are going to be releasing a box set later on in the year.
If you can't wait that long buy the R1 version.

p wahid - You can read my reviews of Hellsing 1-4 at www.animeinferno.com :) (Hooray for cheap plugs! :D)

The episodes are completely unedited, as is most anime released here (with the exception of Ninja Scroll and kiddy hackjobs like Sailor Moon and cardcaptors). Hell, the english dubbed version (for those so inclined) has twice as much swearing as the Japanese version :D

There's no word on it yet, but most/all Madman titles will be getting boxes. It might be a little while away, being a reasonably recent release, but it will happen. Being a 4 disc set, i'm guessing the price will be around the $90RRP mark (based on the RRP of other Madman 4 disc boxes), so you should be able to pick it up for even less from any online store that offers a decent discount, like www.fbo.com.au :)

Thanks Sauceman, much appreciated info there and as for 90$RRP thats dirt cheap compared to converting from USD to AUS on a boxset from amazon.com (comes to roughly 180$AUS no including shipping/freight etc etc)

And as for the editing, thats great i hope they arent edited at all, someone i know told me that they heavily edit the violence and language in the hellsing dvd releases thats why i was asking but thanks again for the clear up.
