I would have thought 'Pre' modded means the mod hasn't been done and possibly he is supplying a mod chip, although it isn't clear....

I'm not sure how you came to that conclusions redbears.

E.g. if you buy a computer with Windows XP "pre-installed" - does that not say to you it has been installed it prior to you buying it?

That is fair enough.... but consider this... Pre = Prior. I think that was what I was thinking of. I thought he meant it was not modified, oh well. :rolling: hmm, didn't think that through very well did I :dD . It is obvious it was modified prior to selling.

Anyway, regardless, as other users have pointed out the original post is lacking clear information.
