Livonia, MI--October 29, 2004- Integrated Media Systems, Inc., today
announced that it has become the exclusive distributor of the new Panamorph
PSO-U15 anamorphic video conversion lens manufactured by Visual Systems
Research, Inc.

Based on industry-leading Panamorph patented optics and lens design, the
PSO-U15 is specially created to provide high value enhancements for all wide
screen video content shown by 4:3 and 16:9 native projectors in the mid to
low price categories. Because the Panamorph allows the projector to use 33%
more pixels to form the wide screen image, brightness and resolution are
significantly enhanced, the image becomes smoother and formerly unused pixel
regions are made totally dark, all resulting in images of exceptional
impact. The PSO-U15 converts 4:3 format projectors to the 16:9 HDTV standard
and also converts 16:9 format projectors to the 2.35:1 Cinemascope format -
the format of the most popular movies. And since Panamorph lenses do not
change the width of the image, they can be easily installed to enhance
virtually all home theater projectors already installed.

"The new Panamorph PSO-U15 is with out a doubt one of the top home theater
upgrades available today when considering performance versus cost," said Tim
Knittel, President of Integrated Media Systems, Inc. "Consumers can now
combine any of today's bright, affordable 4:3 projectors with the Panamorph
and save thousands of dollars compared to native 16:9 projectors offering
only half the light output. On the other hand, native 16:9 projectors can
also be enhanced to provide brighter, smoother images with higher resolution
when watching 2.35:1 movies. What's more, the Panamorph U15 works on
hundreds of different projector models, so chances are that even if you
upgrade to a new projector in the future, your Panamorph lens will work with
that also. It's really a win-win for everyone."

"These continue to be increasingly exciting times for the home theater
industry and for our Panamorph product line," said Shawn Kelly, CEO of
Visual Systems Research, Inc. "We are very pleased to engage Integrated
Media Systems on behalf and in support of our dealers promoting affordable,
high performance home theater systems. Their experience within the
audio/visual industry and dedication to evangelizing maximum performance
from today's products will be a key driver to the expansion of this rapidly
growing market."

Integrated Media Systems, Inc. is a distributor of specialized audio/visual
products for consumer home theater and commercial presentation markets and
will assume its roll as the exclusive distributor of the PSO-U15 through all
market channels effective immediately. The PSO-U15 mounts independently in
front of the projector lens and has an MSRP of $695.00. An optional rail
system ($85.00 MSRP) is also offered to easily move the Panamorph lens in
and out of the beam. For more information regarding the Panamorph U-15 lens,
