I believe it was a hit song in the 1970s in other states of Australia, but it completely missed out on charting in NSW hence why no-one I know has ever heard of this song :(

Well he is not exactly my bf even though I have known him for many years and his dog absolutely loves me (his dog absolutely loves everyone :p )
This song is just so typical of him but I can't post any lyrics, I can't find them not that it matters because the important bit is right at the end of the song where the guy who sings it does a whistle which is used to signal a dog to "come" and he says "Here boy" and a dog barks in reply :)
