need help guys what's a good lens for wedding photos I have canon 300D.Also what would you recommend for speed-lite? :)

I have the 420EX which seems like a good flash, although best to use the camera in manual modes for full effect. If you want more manual control over the flash a 550EX would be needed.
Lens wise, I can recommend the 35 f/2, it is a great little lens with good optics, the 35mm is very close to a 50mm with the lens conversion factor. My other favourite lens is a 28-135 IS USM, nice results from that too.
These are relatively cheap lens, can be had for $370~$420 for the 35 f/2 and $800~$950 for the 28-135.
There is a 17-40 L lens available, but that is a lot more $$$, but is a lot wider than the above two.

Agreed on the 28-135. Had mine for other 5 years on an analog body and been very happy. On a digital I guess you lose the wide angle, but that's to be expected with most 'older' lenses.
I see them crop up for around $750 these days. Probably can source second hand too.
My other favourite lens is a 28-135 IS USM, nice results from that too.
