AFAICR he said be had paid for it... so I don;t know.

But is doesn seem rough on the bloke that his stuff is being sold off at less
than its value - most of us wouldn;t want to take advantage of peoples misery
if we can avoid it

I have an agreement with the woman to pay it off which I have been doing, I
do not feel that it is being sold at less than its market value, I feel that
if it went to auction, it would go for less, he just seems to want new price
for old stuff.

Someone offered her $500 for all of the stuff, I offered her $1000, we
agreed on $1500.
