ARE YOU ALL STUPID
The Article says one thing
Limit the speedometer to only read up to 130 kmh
NOTHING about limiting cars to only do 130 kmh.
You can still travel at any speed but anything over 130 kmh will not appear.
Why are people so fucking gullible?
