air flow causes the probe to change to the ambient temperature FASTER.
thats GOOD.
air flow causes wet things to go cold - BUT whats WET here ???
(I guess in the rain, the air flow will cause it to get wet, but the entire
bumper will be wet anyway, so thats not relevant)
