Hi Guys
Has anyone ever experience a loud buzzing noise from rental dvds because they have that clear layer of contact on them that makes them slightly thicker than a normal dvd.
Its a quite sickening noise, like its just getting caught repeatedly. My suspicion is because the disc tray is not very deep so the disc itself is making contact with something above it. ?
Ive had the problem to a lesser extent with glossy dvdrs
Any remedies available or do I just have a defective tray ? and is there a service centre in Sydney ?
