c/n value for sbs

I have perfect reception for all channels in Melbourne except for sbs,
which most of the time, I can't recieve at all.

According to my set top box (a digicrystal) all channels have a steady
c/n value of about 24, while sbs is somewhere around 12.

Does anyone have any idea of why this is happening?

Tried swivelling the aerial?
