Hi all, is the Lenoxx Standard def digital box any good. It seems to have
more outputs than most boxes I have seen.
Thanks.

I cant give you a long term answer but we have 2 units here (STB500),
they are easy to set up and picture quality is excellent. As you say,
there are plenty of options with both Audio and Video.
I have used the scart TV out to my TV's AV3 IN (S-Video) and the
composite out to the VCR's AV1 input, I can set my VCR to record
direct from the STB without leaving the TV turned on if I am going out
(set the STB to the correct channel), my VCR is a LG and I use the
timer recording, setting the record channel as AV1.
My only gripe is that on a previous STB I had, I could lock in the
stations I wanted to access from the remote and the other channels
were still there if I wanted them later on but with the Lennox, you
select the channels you DON'T want and they are deleted and if you
decide later that you want them, you will need to either re scan all
channels or just the channel group to get it back then remove the ones
you don't want again. Being a cheap unit it does not have Interactive
Television (iTV), but I knew that when I purchased it.
And should it ever need a Software or Firmware upgrade, it is back to
base.
For the price, I am happy with it so far.

My Lenoxx STB500 works fine except for it locking up after setting the timer
function if you record a program. As it wont turn on you have to switch the
power point on and off
