digital in and out speakers?

Who knows of any speakerset or reciever that has a digital input but also a
digital output.
Preferably also with volume adjustment on the digital output

I want to use the multichannel capabilities for the extra speakers but want
to keep L+R main speakers in the highest quality to my 2 channel DAC.
