Turnaround Time on Z300 Warranty Repairs?

Hey I had to send my Z300 to SA for repairs late last week, how long does it normally take them to send back or let you know what the status with it is if they give you an RMA ? One week? Two Weeks ?

Freight time back and forwards is the biggest time waster, feedback from others that have had repairs is that the actual repair or replacement is turned around in 24 hours, I believe this is what they aim for in their service department.
