Yep, contacted the TIO this morning (Friday) who told me that I first need
to attempt
to settle the matter through 3's high-level complaint centre. They supplied
the number and advised me to get back in contact with TIO if there is no
satisfactory resolution.

I haven't had a chance to call 3 yet - I'll do that tomorrow. I'll let you
know how it goes! Thanks again...
