Telstra probably have the range on hold until older ranges are fully
utilized. It costs big bucks every time a new range is opened.. approx
$2.50-$2.70 (monthly) per msn from memory

The 0448/0449 range is allocated to Telstra by the ACA.

Telstra will not release the numbers until required. Should be3-6 months off

About $1.50 per YEAR per MSN

And its only paid if you have the range allocated in April, so they arent
paying anything for them yet

Michael, I don't think anyone knows when those numbers will enter
circulation. To put any date or date range is quite possibly foolhardy on
your part.

<chuckles>

Mr Pork, I known the ONE man in Telstra who knows exactly how many numbers
are free, at what rate they are being used, and therefore his estimation on
when they will enter circulation.

There are lots more than one person who has that information.

No, there is only person who has the above info and has the power to act on
it

Ok, and what happens if he gets run down by a fucking huge truck this
afternoon, gets decapitated, and therefore unable to act on this "power" he
has?

The numbers will never get put into circulation, or another drone with the
same such "powers" will simply do this drone work?

Michael,
Haven't you ever heard about confidential company information? And, there is
no longer one person with the above info anymore thanks to you. I work for
the Big T myself and in mobiles as well. Your info was BIG news to me and no
doubt to some other equally concerned but unknown individuals perusing this
NG on a regular basis.

The next person in his team has to learn his job

Who would teach this poor sod what the job entails, as the only one with the
info and the power to act is dead?

Two points:
First, that was not what you originally said.
Second - It's still bullshit.

Lots of people within (and outside of) Telstra have access to that
information, and no single person makes the decision on when the number
ranges will be released.

Try to get at least one fact straight, stupid.
