[Ivan Gotcha]

I have read previously in here about a number in Optus to ring for customers
to call when are feel they are getting a raw deal and contemplating jumping
ship to another carrier.

Anyone recall what the number is?.

Its called Solutions Plus if that doesnt work for some reason.
