Just called Virgin, you need to buy the starter kit or the mobile phone from a Virgin Mobile shop, over the internet, or over the phone to get the bonus $25 refferal credit. You actually tell them when your buying it that you know a friend on virgin. Sounds like they just want you to visit them at a Virgin shop or call them or use their website rather than just going down to woolies eh?
