My Zensonic just died (update)

I was upgrading to the latest firmware 1.1c on my Zensonic Z330 tonight.

I've upgraded this player once before and other DVD players many times but this is the first time I've had a problem.

I followed the instructions to the letter as before, burnt the ISO to the same name brand CDRW I've used before at the slowest speed allowed, inserted it, powered up player, pressed Play when instructed to.

It then said "upgrading ing" (sic) ..... After a few minutes when the player reset itself (drawing the try closed) then the display went dark and now wont turn on :(

Any suggestions ?

Something has definately gone wrong, the guys at Zensonic are usually pretty good about this and will fix it under warranty when it's suffered a bad flash.

I contacted the seller (warcom.com.au) last night but haven't heard back from them yet.
