it is now illegal for it to be sold yes. but it was forsale on the shelf at all good retailers and if you where lucky enough to get your hands on one then go for it as there is nothing they can do.
they cant demand every1 to send there game back for a refund its upto the owners discression.

what would the diference be with a banned movie. where as thats what happened with A Clockwork Orange B4 it was released on R4 heeps of people where selling R1 copies.

also getting in a R1 Movie thats still at the cinema is just as illegal.

this is not about me getting a life.
it is about not abusing the free for sale forum that EYO is providing for us all.
they are liable for fines, for allowing illegal items to be sold.

GTA3 has been refused classification.
it is illegal to sell such games.

i may be wrong, about private sellers not being allowed to sell it. they may very well be allowed.
but do you think that risk should be taken?
are you willing to risk the integrity of these forums?
if it is illegal, and EYO are fined, will you pay their fine?

i think more info is needed from the OFLC, as to the legality of private sellers selling GTA3, in a public forum.

don't get me wrong.
i'm not saying i agree with the ban. and i'm not saying i disagree with dejoko wanting to sell it(in fact i wish him luck and hope he gets his asking price). i'm just saying i don't think this is the place for it.

I would think you could sell it if you are a private seller, not a retailer.
Isn't it just getting parts of the game out, like the pro's, and then being realesed as R+18??
