I was wondering if it is possible to obtain transcripts online
for the current hearings.

Are transcripts generally available to the public regarding cases in the
federal court?
I can understand that if a judge rules a closed court or blocks publication
for
certain reasons , but my question is regarding general cases
The ones that have media reporters present and we hear about what they want
us to read. I wanted to get my own perspective

In general yes, but may require a valid reason before a registrar will
release them - oh, and at a cost of $9.00 a page, last time I looked.
