The follow-up story to that is still making me feel lousy, but this time I'm just totally humiliated. The guy never called, but I ran into him last night and he informed me he already has a girlfriend. I wanted to crawl into a hole and die. Next time, maybe I'll find out if a guy is actually available before I go hitting on him. :o
