OH My

They are a rip off you could have got it shipped from dvdimport.com for about $36.00 australian shipped within 2 weeks. Anyway to your answer you can dispute the charges with your bank just fill out the form from you bank and also for what i heard you need copies of the emails you send them so you can give that to your bank too.

hope this helps:D

If you want to buy R1 dvd's, buy them directly from the US. Don't go to these local places that sell them because they charge that much for them.

These are 2 places that i mainly buy from:

www.dvdpacific.com
www.jetdvd.com

Both these places are very good and the cost of DVD's are at good prices too.

http://dvdboxoffice.com/

Is also quite good, free shipping and CAD exchange rate. There's a handy-dandy tool that gives you up-to-date currency conversion at:

I highly recommend DVD PACIFIC. Excellent service, prices and delivery in bout 2 1/2 weeks.

DVD BOX OFFICE is good but dearer. (altho CLERKS isn't), Have had 2 out of 7 cases torn from there tho.. THe bloody DIE HARD 2, SILVER DOUBLE CASE, so impossible to replace, but wasnt worth sending back

Give www.absound.ca a go.
I just compared my current order to one on DVDPacific, and DVDPacific costs about AUS$20 more for the same order!

Plus, ABSOund gets my orders to my door in one week!
The only problem is the shipping structure, but if you're ordering a few discs, it works out just fine. They are highly recommended.
