Can any owners of the panasonic TX-76PW60A confirm if the set will accept a
1080i signal from the component out (YPbPr) of a HDSTB? Page 3 of the owners
manual http://panasonic.com.au/content/library/files/F000623.pdf states that
the set is designed for interlaced signals only so I'm wondering if that
rules out a 1080i HD signal as well. I want to complement my HD projector
with an SD CRT TV for everyday viewing but don't want to have to have
another STB and my current STB does not output HD and SD concurrently but
does output two HD signals simultaneously.

Thanks,

Don

Nope, won't do 1080i it's outside of it signal range. Will do max 576p.
You need the 300A if you want 1080i. This has just recently replaced the
200A
