And so does the Maxima clone:

And what about the bloody Hyundai Sonata? Yep you guessed it:

where quality is higher than the US.

Haha! Hah! Hah!

Cars built for the American market. Dont you understand a thing?

And where was the Galant made?

Geez if the slant eyes can not make a good car, I guess the Tonsley monkeys
will have less of a chance.

But Pandy...'tis not I who says that, just that they are a far better
product than the public might think...that same 80% who actually
believe that they wouldn't be able to get their Mitsubishi serviced in
the unlikely event that the Oz company closes.

BTW have you noticed that Mitsu is now offering a 5 year 130,00km
factory warranty, and a 10 year 160,000km powertrain warranty?

Nah, that's where they assemble it from bits imported and bits made in
the USA.
Maybe you could look at the Mitsubishi operation in the US

Desperation measures. And no good when the dealerships are *rationalised*
across the country.

The source I quoted in the origianl thread was:-

http://www.autobytel.com/content/research/vir/index.cfm/vehicle_number_int/1016148/Action/Reliability

No mention on that page of "Final Assembly Location USA"

You've been drinking?

So whats your source?

Ohhhhh so you now admit that you take only tiny snippets of
information and don't ever get the full story.
Hunt around on your source, you'll find lots of interesting stuff.

You might need to engage your brain and click a mouse...think you can
manage that?
If not, ask your handler..

Do you know the meaning of "rationalise"?

Here I'll help you out
http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=rationalise

"rationalise"

v 1: structure and run according to rational or scientific principles
in order to achieve desired results; "We rationalized the factory's
production and raised profits"

Sounds like a good move for any company.

Anyone with an IQ larger than his shoe size would know that means the
website you quoted taht had the information on the Galant, NOT just
that one page
