Deleting aklsp.dll adware file.

How can I delete aklsp.dll (Virtumondo adware file) from the windows\system32
directory? I have tried deleting it directly and it won't work. I tried
booting in safe mode with the same result. Norton AV detects it and tries to
delete it but fails.
