I refer to Ultimate Force: The Killing House

AFAIAC this is not a movie; it is merely the first episode of the TV Series
Ultimate Force, tho it is 1.5 hours (or "movie length" :) )

I am watching it as I write this.
It appears to be a British movie.
I don't know any of the actors in it.

OK... but if it's a movie-lenght pilot that makes it a telemovie.

And a telemovie is a movie.

What are you trying to say?

That I don't think it is a movie.

I got criticized, forget the exact details" in the aus.films ng for posting
about one of the three Magda Szubansky "Dogwoman" "movies". I was told it
wasn't a movie but either part of a series or a telemovie. I didn't
realize at the time there were 2 others.

Try telling some people in the aus.films ng that "a telemovie is a movie".

There are 2 other LotR movies... they're still movies.

A telemovie is a movie, hense the word movie in it.

Maltin accepts telemovies as movie for his guide (but not mini-series).

The IMDb often lists movie-lenght pilots seperately.

Movie-lenght pilots that don't become series are shown as films.

Movie-lenght pilots are often made on MOW (Movie-of-the-Week) budgets.
They aren't films, but they are certainly movies.
