Anybody used Boral CinemaZone?

Hi group,

I'm in the (very,very) preliminary stages of converting a under house
single car garge into a home cinema room. Above the gargage are three
bedrooms so soundproofing is important. I've been reading about Boral
CinemaZone plastering system. It apparently offers very good
soundproofing. Have any of you actually used the stuff? For those that
have, what sort of costs are involved? Can it be installed by a regular
plasterer of do you need to get a Boral approved person?

what is it?

Basically it's a multisheet plasterboard that has soundproofing
material sandwiched between thick plaster.
