Funny that, I haven't seen them in Perth for months now. We had them
everywhere last year.

Here is the answer:
They're the pimps. they do the windscreen tho keep their slapping
hand in form.
The slapees ply their trade following yankee navy shore leave, and
there isn't much of that happening in WA at the moment.

Does anyone have any idea whatsoever what the hell he's referring to ? Are they

Corner of grt eastern hwy and graham farmer freeway off ramp, they are there
most days, i even saw one guy pimping his bikini wearing girlfriend to ummm
increase sales.

Also grt eastern and tonkin highway, see them there some days aswell.

I find pulling a sidearm out and racking the slide tends to make them back
off, quick-smart.
