Wondering if anyone can help??

I have a VS Statesman Caprice V8, just recently water has been spewing out
of a little rubber pipe just in the drivers footwell (left side) that
appears has never been connected to anything when the aircon is on full
blast. This rubber pipe goes into a "T" section which disappears up inside
the centre console.

The air is still nice and cold, no strange smells etc...just dumps a bit of
water on the carpet now and then.

I have an idea there is some kind of outlet underneath the car which I was
wondering if it was blocked but Im stuffed if I can find it.

Any ideas?

You are correct
Try and get the car up safely and get underneath
Locate the outlet pipe and try stuffing wire up there to get rid of the
crap built up

If the pipe is not connected naturally the condensed water will run out
inside the car. I guess ya could start by trying to find where it is
supposed ta go ??

So, stick it up on a ramp at the local exhaust shop for a quote and check it
out while it's up in the air, or find a big gutter to park over and have a
crawl around. A set of car ramps are not expensive and even supercheap will
have 20% off on boxing day.

Hope this helps,
Pete

Thanks for your helpful response Peter

Does anyone know where the outlet actually is?

In the tunnel above the transmission.

What he said
you will see some condensation still leaking through it.
On my vl I had to remove hald the dasj=h to get to the outlet pipe.
Flushed it with caustic soda and hot water and that did the trick.

Possibly not, they can and do block 100%.

Poking it through with a bit of bent coathanger wire usually does the trick
on later Commodores.

Jack it up a bit and run your hand along the apex of the tunnel above
the transmission.

The drain hose, which probably sticks out a couple of centimetres, has
a flattened end which acts as a valve... squeezing across the flat
part ought release it and flush out the blockage (accumulated dust
most likely).

Above the transmission ,in the hump. It may have two outlets one on each
side .
Its possible the drain tube has come off the tray behind the center console
as well ,it can be knocked out of its fixture by a passengers foot .

How could you...
You forgot to warn that wherever they are, the resultant rush of
decidedly nasty material *will* seek out and find the face of the
intrepid handy-person.

ie, success and misadventure go hand in hand.

??????? on my VL the evaporator drain is right at the front of the passenger
footwell, and the pipe drops virtually straight down through the lower firewall.

(not that it's relevant to the O/P's VS)

Like the OP said, "a little rubber pipe just in the drivers footwell (left
side) that
appears has never been connected to anything " IMHO its a fair chance thats
what happened if the description is correct.

that's correct
You still have to remove the bits underneath it and then unclip the hose
at the top which is the tricky bit especially with big fingers.

Had me worried there - removing half the dash gives me horrible recollections of
getting a heater core out. But the plastic shit underneath is a piece of cake
by comparison. Oddly enough, the wife's MitsuExpress van had a major pee on the
passenger side footwell carpet (as they do) just yesterday. Those (designer)
bastards are obviously retards - the drain spigot is TAPERED so the hose wants
to fall off. On a previous occasion I fitted a 20hp spring hose clip to try and
improve the retention, but it only slows the inevitable. I gues the moral is
the same regardless of make - check the fricker periodically to ensure the drain
hose is both clear and connected.

That's not where it is though.
