It also appears, for reasons I cannot fathom, that Bertie believes that
PBSL and I are one and the same person. Even a cursory consideration of
former postings would have revealed this to be highly improbable.
For example, do a google groups search for the subject "serving a
summons/supenea NSW", and you'll find the start of a thread that PBSL
posted long before I encountered Bertie, and in which thread I participated.
Or does someone want to credit me with having started that thread as
part of a long term plan to establish a credible alias, but only to
compromise it later for no readily apparent reason?

Perhaps it's for the same reason one of our abuse minions determined
that you and it were the same, sending something to it rather than to
you?
Interestingly enough, you both complained about the same thing at
about the same time using the same syntax. Odd, that.
Anyway, since you haven't reponded to it, I assume you either didn't
receive it or had nothing further to say about it.

if your refering to the email from DataBasix Policy Management

to inform you that you sent a confidential abuse compaint email

I mean how silly & irrisponsible is that?
Do yo always treat abuse complaints in this manner?
Don't you respect the privacy of others?
That was a blatent disregard and abuse of Ms Else's privacy
and I wouldnt be suprised if she took this further.
besides how can you morons think that an impetuous, testosterone pumped

your privacy policy at datbasix imho should read - we will respect your

also why would a so called responsible netizen (well I assume one has to be

feel the need to crosspost serious cyberstalking complaints to usenet kooks

do you have any genuine clients at databasix or are they all trolls, just

He sent YOUR complaint to you. Not hers. Funny, it's so confusing
even YOU can't get it right.
>
>I mean how silly & irrisponsible is that?
It's not at all silly. You made the complaint. Within it you were
complaining about a forgery of Ms Else. Ms Else made the same
complaint, only from another address (also not her own name>.
If you'd have specified a name other than PBSL, that name would have
been used instead of the one quoted in the complaint YOU sent.

How, exactly, would it be a disregard of her privacy? YOU complained.
YOU used the monicer PBSL and put HER information in it. So it would
be YOU who disregarded her privacy, not DataBasix.
>

I'm not sure what that has to do with it. You sent a complaint. In
it was her name.

You're grasping at straws now. You created the confusion by
complaining, apparently on her behalf.

Only no one sent her emails to you. Only the one YOU sent. See how
easy it is to confuse you two? YOU can't even keep it straight.

First of all, your discussion was posted to alt.usenet.kooks, where I
read it. Secondly, serious cyberstalking complaints weren't
crossposted, at least not by me. If you don't want me to READ it,
don't post it there.

I've still not seen any evidence of cyberstalking. You made a
complaint about it, but then when someone from DataBasix asked you
about it, you got bent. She still hasn't provided any evidence to us
of it either.
>
>I hope not coz bertie the bunyip was/is truly cyberstalking Ms Else

You and she are the only ones saying that there was cyberstalking.
Yet neither of you have provided any evidence of it. Now why would
those two facts be?
Again, to be clear. We didn't send your complaint to her and we
didn't send her complaint to you. They were BOTH about the same post,
they were BOTH sent at about the same time and neither was sent from
an address with an identifiable name, so the name of the apparent
"victim" was used.

If by "it", you mean the email that PBSL has mentioned in these terms:
"if your refering to the email from DataBasix Policy Management
abuse@popd.databasix.com to my email addy addressed to Ms Else, "
then it's hardly surprising that I haven't replied to it, since you
didn't send it to me.
If your abuse department thinks that there's something further that I
might be able to add to the investigation, then I suggest they contact
me at the address I gave them.

if I had made the complaint, then why was my original complaint
or part of it not quoted in the email that your company sent me?
the email I recieved from abuse@popd.databasix.com
was clearly an email sent to you from Ms Else
you even quoted her original email in it's entitety (or so it appeared)
would you like me to send it to you personally rather than
abuse@popd.databasix.com as there seems to be a problem
communicating between the ranks.
Consistant, I might add with what I have sen of your company up till now.
I was not involved, nor do I recall ever sending an email to
your abuse dept. in fact I dont recall EVER sending any
complaint email about anyone, anytime, I would have been tempted
to send bertie's isp a complaint email but it's not my style.
I confront my problems head-on.
This all started , from my perspective, when I asked bertie to stop
cyberstalking Ms Else
after clearly seeing the stalking happen on usenet.
> If you'd have specified a name other than PBSL, that name would have
> been used instead of the one quoted in the complaint YOU sent.
>
this is irrelevant as I never sent you an email, I sir, can use what ever
handle I choose.
>>Do yo always treat abuse complaints in this manner?
>
> What manner?
the manner described my me, i.e Ms Else sends an email to
abuse@popd.databasix.com
someone at datbasix, it never used a name
, but identified as
" I'm merely one of the flunkies who gets stuck answering support and abuse
email on weekends"
replied to my pvt yahoo email account, quoting Ms Else's original complaint
adding -
and I quote
"Ms. Else, We're still trying to track some things down for the Police. Can
you tell us if you have any more of these?
Regards,
DataBasix Policy Management"
how is that a reply to me?
I suggest you get your act together.
I replied with-
and I quote....
"uhm..
you have sent this to the wrong person, I am not Ms
Else"
then the "flunkie" replied apologising for the mistake and saying that he
was acting on direct orders from you, indicating that he would not have made
that mistake had he been left to investigate the complaint on
his own.
Why did you feel the need to get personally involved?
as this is not the norm, from what I ascertained with what was at hand.
>>Don't you respect the privacy of others?

no Mr burnore, "bum-chum" is not derogatory, it implies friendship - very
close friendship in fact
you americans have a similar term- "close at the hip"

that is not for you or me to be concerned with
if Ms Else decides to take the matter further, then it will be up to
the courts to worry about evidence
I say bertie stalked Ms Else
it was clear as day to me
to simlify- Ms Else commented on something bertie said
on aad , and in correcting him , she must of hurt his male pride
bertie retorted with vulgar insults.
(some of the language used is considered assualt , in Ms Else's jurisdiction
criminal at the very least)
steadily increasing them
the stalking occired in when bertie folowed MsElse to her
usenet "home" aus.legal and continued the harrasment campaign there
Ms Else asked bertie to stop, even indicated that she was prepared to leave
a.a.d if bertie
promised to leave aus.legal
a civilised approach did not work
do they ever do with stalkers?
this sir, is text book stalking
You made a

1 complaint and 1 stalker are all that is required
this situation has a bit more- evidence and at least 1 witness
are you saying that is not so?
> Again, to be clear. We didn't send your complaint to her and we
> didn't send her complaint to you.
yes you did
I can prove it I have the email's you sent me
I foward them to Ms Else
I dont recall sending you or your company any email
if so pls prove it
and I will gladly apologise
but the important issue here is the stalking of Ms Else by bertie
this can easily end afaic , by bertie leaving Ms Else alone
I even believe Ms Else indicated the same
not sure if things have esculated since Ms Else said same,
I have no control over that, or anything Ms Else does
I did get involved because Ms Else kindly helped me with a legal problem
and I jumpeed in head 1st.
I have never experienced anything like this before, bertie has a clear
history
of upsetting people on usenet
They were BOTH about the same post,
there is no BOTH , all I can see is the original email Ms Else sent to you
which you , un betraying her confidence , sent to me.
