PS2 mod installer, Melbourne area

Alright, I have been to http://www.melbournetradingpost.com.au and have found only one PS2 mod installer there. He isn't reliable.

I have searched through the topics in this forum. Most topics have had no replies, been deleted, or are old.

So now I ask this. Does anybody know a mod installer in Melbourne who is reliable, and will chip a v9 PS2 with a DMS4 Lite/Pro at a reasonable price? Or is anybody here from Melbourne and capable of doing it for me?

Edit: Actually, any mod that is similar to the DMS4 series will be good as well.
