Xbox 2 launch - Halo 2.5 - Coming in 2005

Xbox 2 will be launched a full year before Playstation 3, and it will be preloaded with Halo 2.5. Launching a competing gaming platform a full year ahead of Sony carries a considerable amount of risk. Sega did that with its Dreamcast, and gamers decided to wait for the Playstation 2, thinking that it will be a "better" gaming platform. Prices for the Xbox 1 are set to decrease by half.

Perfonally i think its abit of a scam why didn't they release the whole game at once? Im rather annoyed at this however it is obivously good marketing. Doesn't help microsofts image as evil money hungry empire tho.
