Quantum Hard Drives

I know that this is some old stuff but i would still like to know how to go about reformatting a hard drive if track 0 is missing as the so cald software from maxter will only work on maxter drives i need to know if anyone has got a program that will reformat a ST21A011 so I can Get started on the rest of the set up for my lab computer
