Optus 'yes'text+talk now with FREE text+talk

FYI - customers connecting to the 'yes'text+talk option on Optus
'yes'Plans now get free SMS and free 10-min calls to another nominated
Optus mobile, 24x7, in addition to 18c/30sec and 18c SMS to any
network, for 12 months after connection.

'Free 10 Min Calls and Free Text' to 1 Optus Mobile number is a
special promotion available to new and up-grading customers who connect
between January 10, 2005 and February 28, 2005 to a 24 month 'yes'
plan and select the 'yes'Text & Talk option. The Optus Fair Go
Policy applies including a limit of 1000 minutes of free 10 minute
calls and 300 free text per month. To register your preferred number
you must register via Optus Zoo. This promotion applies to calls and
text made and received within Australia, from one Optus Mobile Digital
service to another nominated Optus Mobile Digital service (excludes
CDMA and Mobilesat). After the first 10 minutes of a call to your
nominated Optus Mobile Digital Service, standard mobile rates of your
eligible plan apply. You must remain connected to a 'yes' plan
with the 'yes'Text & Talk plan option for the duration of your 24
month contract to receive this promotion.

Ahh crap... missed out, went onto the site and was told I wasn't
eligible. Oh well, worth a try considering I've recently renewed my
contract (with the talk+text option). Guess I was a little too early
renewing :)

Ditto. :) Would've been handy to nominate the girlfriend's mobile. Oh
well, can't win them all.
