She's likely right. Its completely trivial to drive a
truck thru the ID system if you want to do that.

Basically. ID is a legal requirement and they dont
always do what the law requires. One of mine that
I got delivered with a handset required the courier
to sight the ID document and he didnt bother.

Its completely trivial to get adequate ID anyway. It aint rocket science.
They manage to get false passports, mobile phone
ID is as easy as falling off a log in comparison.
