- Were you porting the number in? That can cause delays.
- Have you contact iSIM? Log in, they have online chat or you can
email them. What did iSIM say?

Hi,
Yes, I were porting the number and it works fine. I can call and calls
come in.
I have contacted iSIM help now.

So, what's the problem? The mere fact that the name appeared at your
screen is an evidence there is coverage in your area.
The beam? You mean the beam indicator? That's an interesting
data-provider but of no practical meaning. You wouldn't reckon by
yourself battery usage using this indicator, would you?

Hi,
Thank you for the replies. It is sorted (or to be more specific it is
not sorted).
After emailing 10 times forwards and backwards they finally said that:
"Thank you for your enquiry.
We do understand and apologise for the delay.
There has been a network delay with your account activation, which we
have logged with our IT department.
Our IT department are aware that it's Urgent, but are not open until
Monday."

i know the feeling: after several emails back & forth to isim - over the overly
short number of rings before callers get diverted to voicemail, thus forcing
me to call voicemail - all i got in the end was a msg similar to yours below
from isim :(*

It's easy to program yourself.
Just dial *61*321*xx# where xx is the delay in seconds (max 30 secs) before
the diversion executes.

GPRS/WAP still not accessible after now 2 weeks of connection and around
30 emails to support plus live chat.
Lady said she has to pass on to Sloptus.
Oh well- the old saying: You get what you pay for...
I'm off for another provider shortly.
Optus is no good here and iSim's customer service is by far the lowest
in the market (email works fine but that's it).

People, if you have a dispute that you can't resolve after 48 hours
just take it to the TIO. It really is a simple process.
