Bertie, there are no caves near the Spahn ranch. more than likely psycho-loser
was referring to the time when the Manson family was out in the desert. either
way, it's highly unlikely that he was ever at either location. more than likely
he thought about California sometime in 1976, and by now it's ballooned into the
self-belief that he was actually there. i'm sure by the time he's 60, which
isn't too far away for him, he'll be telling people that he was a member of the
Eagles back in 1976.
it's like what he does with the women in his life. he sees a woman on the
street, and the next thing you know, in his own mind, they're having a
relationship.
when you're as pathetic as chuckles, delusion is all you really have.

I think one of the most pathetic aspects of Dorkus Geriatricus is that
anytime a famous person or event is mentioned he tries to tell us he
knows about it first hand.
I remember a kid I went to grade school with who was like that. He
wanted to be liked sooo badly that he or his Dad knew every pro
athlete and movie star on the planet. It became so ridiculaous that,
after a while he was either group mocked or beaten up every time he
opened his mouth, just for lying. It was kind of sad to see when it
was an eight year old. When it's a sixty year old, it kind of makes
you want to puke.

"I took the crosstown San Souci bus to the Family Dollar Store. They
had this crazy sale. I bought three pairs of Spaulding men's meshed
jogging shorts, 2 Spaulding meshed sleeveless t-shirts, one pair of
tennis shoes, 6 pairs of underwear, 6 pairs of white low cut socks,
1 pair of sunglasses, and a bottle of generic Old Spice after shave.

Being the kind-hearted sympathetic guy I am and knowing Chuck
suffers from Alzheimer's disease (he tends to forget details
like: it was a baby, not a teenager; date of the Chuck Lysaght
Live Performance! at the Starlite Café) I'm simply assisting
Chuck with remembering some of the great things he's wrote.
As always, I'm here to help.
