Hi,

I bought a STB with my new TV and all was fine for about the first 10 weeks.
All of a sudden I lost all channels apart from ABC and 10. I did a full
re-scan but that didn't work. I'm thinking perhaps I have set it back to
it's factory default settings and lost whatever software upgrade it had. I
also don't have an outside aerial, the TV plugs into a wall jack which runs
into the attic,which didn't seem to matter for the first 10 weeks but could
that be the problem also and I need an outside aerial installed?

I have the same STB and have had the same problem once or twice. Have
you tried powering off the STB at the wall? Leave it off for a few
seconds then turn it back on.
