I bought a AMD k6-2 500 to replace my Cyrix M-II 300, What changes to I need to make to the motherboard to make this Configuration work? Also what are the best Performance Settings for this?

On another issue I bought a 64mb Geforce2 mx200 PCI card for my M571 v 7.a. And every Game I go into it Crashes to the Desktop?? thanks guys.

For the K6, pull off all the vcore jumpers for 2.2 volts on the core. Then set the multiplier to two which the K6 interprets as 6x and the FSB to 75. This will give you 6x 75 = 450mhz and should be stable. Then I would try 83mhz FSB for 500mhz. My version7 wouldn't run 83mhz FSB no matter what I did.

I gave my son a 64mb Geforce2 mx200 PCI card for Christmas and he couldn't get it to run so it's in my computer:), which now has a SOYO M/B. It caused boot to lockup after installing the drivers, the cure was enabling IRQ in the bios. I don't do games so I can't help you there, but I would try new drivers from Nvidia.
