Yes, it was. :)
If I remember correctly, Kendra would have more than likely lost out to the other bird, but the other bird acted like a total idiot in the last 2 episodes towards her team mates and it all came back to bite her on the arse. :D

Yep, you're right. Kendra basically won on the basis of her team management - particularly in the final episode where her competitor acted like a real Diva and didn't treat the people working with her with much respect!

Thanks for the photos Coolio. Apprentice 2 is the one I don't recognise! Obviously missed that one. :dD

Just checking the tv guide for the wife and I've just noticed The Apprentice starts with a new series tonight at 11:30pm.
I haven't seen this advertised, but that's what the online guide says.

I wonder who will take Caroline's place (or is that Carolyn?) though given that Trump fired her? Or maybe this was filmed while she was still around.

I wouldn't be surprised if he did it on the back of what we saw in last night's episode. I will spoiler in case people taped the very late timeslot...
In the boardroom he was about to fire Tarek over Summer. Caroline wanted Summer gone and was pretty obvious about it. Summer ended up putting her foor in her mouth and spoke up whilst Trump was talking and he ended up firing her. He commented to Caroline that in the end she made it obvious who he should fire. She retorted with something along the lines of 'it was obvious earlier than that.' A real go at Trump if I ever saw one!

I'm sure I've read that his kids were going to help him out in the next series and yes, as Luther said, she is in this series that 9 is now showing. I think this series finished in the USA around May/June and we are only just getting it now. 11:30pm Sunday night is a crap timeslot, but it's better than nothing I guess.

I also noticed what you mentioned Luther and it got my attention. :D As for the person who got fired, Summer did sweet FA and was my pick to go so I was happy to see her get the flick and how stupid was she when she cut off Trump when he was in the process of tearing the other guy to shreds. IDIOT!

Ah.. so that's who got fired. I saw about the first 20 minutes and wondered who'd get the axe.

Hmmm.... interrupting Trump has proved to be fatal a number of times in the past. You think people would learn from other contestant's unceremonious departures!

:)

Damn, that was a good one this week.
2 people getting the arse because they got slaughtered by the other team, Brent (or Brett, whatever his name is) acting like a looney and the others trying to get him kicked off the show before they even get the task underway and how about Trump's daughter filling in for Carolyn this week. She's a bit of a hottie and she sounds like she knows her stuff. She was pretty good at grilling the contestants this week.

Agreed! I thought Ivanka Trump did a surprisingly good job. Wonder why they replaced George (is that his name?) as well as Caroline though?

The most hilarious thing is the way the contestants are so self-absorbed and sit there explaining to the camera why they've indulged in often quite appalling behaviour and why it was so rational/normal/sensible. Some of the actions and opinions that these people think are appropriate are just unbelievable!

I'm pretty sure Trump said at the start that George and Carolyn were both away on business and that's why Bill and Ivanka were stepping in.
This timeslot if killing me. I totally forgot about it on Sunday night and only noticed it when looking at the tv guide for the wife (same as last week).

I nearly missed watching it this week also because of the horrible time slot. Lucky I changed the channel as it was just about to start. Does anyone else think that Tarek looks like Orlando Bloom?

He does look kind of familiar and now that you mention it.... :)

I'm guessing that you didn't get the live Rugby Leage and that it's being put on later in the night.

I hope you catch the show. It just finished here and it was another good one. :)

Damn it's been ages since I last looked at this thread.
Anyway.....
They played part 1 of the finale last night just after midnight and the final episode of the series we have been discussing is on tonight around midnight if anyone is still interested.

Thanks for the heads up Watchie.

I thought it was supposed to have aired on Sunday night, lucky that it wasn't on. :)
