Well I'll use spoiler tages so i won't spoil it for the Sydneysiders.
I was hoping Lee would win because he was young but Sean was a proven leader and he had experience which many people wouldn't even have in 10 lifetimes. So the experience was the difference and it was truly a deserved hiring..............

WOW.............
The episodes yall are talking about ended here so long ago i dont remember them, but the names sound familiar.
What i have a hard time believing is that any of he winners of these shows are still working for him. If i were him and watched the shows after the fact i would have a hard time keeping any of them around

The series in Australia is season 5 of 'The Apprentice', which finished half a year ago in the US. The next season starts in the new year for you guys.
The winners of the shows don't actually get the 'job' they were supposedly promised.
Extract from Wikipedia:
There is also controversy regarding the jobs given to the hired Apprentices. Instead of becoming the CEO of one of Trump's companies, the winners of the show are hired as PR spokesmen for Trump and his brand due to the need to learn the trade. For example, Kelly Perdew, winner of the second season and Bill Rancic, the first season's winner, were given the title of 'owner's representative', and were also named executive vice presidents. On Perdew's first day, his boss introduced him to Florida developers working on a Trump-branded condo in Tampa. "Mr. Trump said, 'OK, Kelly, you're going to go help promote sales of the building'," Perdew recalls.

I'm glad it's over now.
The series was good and I liked the final result, but keeping up with the channel 9 schedule was a major pain in the arse. I think channel bt might be the way to go for the next series.;)
