Hi gang
Who sells reasonably priced Component Video cables in Melbourne?
I've just been using standard audio leads from my Panasonic DVD to Panasonic TV
without a problem.
But surprisingly now find using the SVIDEO gives me a very slightly better (less
noisy) picture. The main place I see it is on DVD menus were I get very slight
breaking up of text on some individual letters with component.
So I'd like to try some "proper" cables (whatever that is) but dont want to pay
the ridiculous prices some places ask for them.
thanks
PF

Try JB or Jaycar.

My Usenet From: address now expires after two weeks. If you email me, and
the mail bounces, try changing the bit before the "@" to "usenet".

I can vouch for JB HiFi (in perth at least). Purchased 3.5m component
video cable for $22. Im well aware they probably arent the best quality.
They had some better ones as well for around $40 too. Im sure shorter
cables would be a bit cheaper.

Looks like I am a bit late onto this post ;-) but please take a look at my
range of hand made Canare component video cables at the following URL:
http://stores.ebay.com.au/thecablemerchant
All my cables feature broadcast-grade Canare cable and probably the finest
true 75Ohm RCA connector on the planet, the Canare RCAP series.
I can mail your cables by Express Post for next-day delivery. Any more
info - just drop me a line on cable_merchant at dodo.com.au
Cheers, CM.
