Does anyone know a good place to get photos printed onto canvas in Melbourne? Size 30" x 50" (75cm x 125cm or near enough). I don't expect it to be cheap. A mob in Sydney can do it for about $500 but someone in Melbourne would be more convenient. -- Reality continues to ruin my life.
Hi all, Just wondering .. what does Canon ppl use for their macro stuff ? Mostly for table top photography using 10D body. Budget ... say unlimited :) Thanks =bob=
I can confirm that even 6 years later they haven't cleaned up their act! Has anyone else experienced their brand of service where the customer gets abused and then hung-up on? The salesperson also said 'your all the bloody same...' so I presume this is a frequent situation for this guy! ...

Dpreview is owned by Amazon.com. Amazon.com is an authorized Canon dealer! SURPRISE! How long do you think they can write the truth about Canon, before Amazon pulls the plug? So please, in the future, if you try to tell how good or bad any camera is: don't use DPreview as a reliable source...

Even with its weight and sheer power to be able to shoot 9fps the D3 was being questioned if it was up to the challenge of achieving enough power to break free. <http://ritaberk.myhosting247.com/escape_velocity.htm> Rita --

It's true. I went on my midmorning beach walk down by the Chesapeake to see how my Osprey family is doing. Well, they are doing great and getting bigger by the day. Fortunately I had the D3 and my trusty Formidable 500 with me. I was able to capture the full impact of the four chicks...
Yes folks, after my D3 letting me down so hard I had to blow the dust off of my old eBay camera, the Kodak DC280. Anyway, here's a series of eight action packed Osprey photos shot handheld at a distance of 250' - 300'. And for the functionally challenged I put thumbnails for you to click on....

I took the old D3 and Formidable 500 for a street photography session on the streets of Baltimore today. Other than the temperature being hotter than a Rastafarian at a bar mitzvah, I was able to get a few snaps of urban life before retiring to the old swimming pool to work on my tan. It's...
