Fried Vcore regulator on M571?

When I measure between JP8, jumper A, pin 3 and J2, pin 3 with K6-2 533 I get .07v With cyrix 300 (2.9v) I get .83v. Is board ruined? It says v3.2A next to keyboard jack.

If the A and B jumpers are set the same way, ie 1 and 2 or 2 and 3 when you took the readings, then the board is shot. There should have been 3.4 volts on the other pins.
